Thrown in onyx black porcelain and glazed with a combination of rutile, cobalt blue and copper green layered over tenmoku. Featured in the Colour field exhibition at Gallagher and Turner, Newcastle this moon jar is inspired by the rich and varied limestone of the rocks surrounding Cullernose Point on the Northumberland coast.
