A sense of provenance is very important to my work. With my Algarve series of moon jars and platters I am exploring the limestone, jurassic caves against the turquoise, blues and greens of the Western Algarve coastline.
Throwing in white textured stoneware and porcelain, glazing with layers of copper green, cobalt blue and rutile, dipped and poured.
